About Craig
Growing up in an abusive, alcohol-fuelled environment, Craig learned survival skills at a very young age, which have both helped and hindered him in adult life. Craig dropped out of school at sixteen, and later that year was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, which was treated with both chemo and radiation therapy, and also the first stem cell transplant for that type of cancer in Australia.
Craig has gone on to achieve great success, not only with charities, but also in the business world, which has seen him travel consistently around Australia, and the world.
Craig’s experience with cancer – not only his own, but also the impact it had on his family, both emotionally and financially – has instilled Craig with a passion for charity work. In 2011, he created the “Craig Glover, Youth @ Risk” program which engaged with teenagers who had dropped out of school, and helped those kids find their passion and purpose/
Craig has raised money for multiple cancer charities over the years, including Love for Annabelle, Run DIPG, and most notably Love Your Sister, for whom Craig has raised over $100,000 towards a pledged Million dollar goal.
In December 2022, Craig started “Blokes Walk & Talk” (BW&T). Like many Australians, Craig has battled with anxiety, and has lost many friends and family to suicide.
With his life experience, big heart and drive for success, Craig has started motivating other people to achieve their goals, and teaching people that it all starts by getting to know yourself – the good, the bad, and the ugly. Only once you can do this, can you fully understand who you are, and what work you need to do to become the best version of you.
