What We Will Achieve

During this four-week program, we’ll engage in a group setting while prioritising growth.  We’ll delve into the impact of anxiety and implement effective practices to manage daily stress in both and professional spheres.  Weekly group meetings will be complemented by 15-minute individual check-ins.  Additionally, you may be encouraged to explore specific reading materials or listen to relevant resources throughout the program.
